Narrative of the Young Shepherd

Deep within the enchanting rolling fields, resided a shepherd boy. His life was pure, simple, and honest. His only responsibility was to look after his herd of sheep.

Their gentle baas and the rustling of the wind across the single tree on the peak were his constant associates. Day upon day, looking out for his responsibilities inculcated in him a feeling of quiet fulfillment.

Yet, there were the occasional moments of loneliness, when the shepherd boy would long for companionship. In one such instance from sheer monotony, the shepherd boy devised a naughty plan.
